I encourage any business that needs a replacement for their aging "phone system" to consider something MORE.   Consider a secure standards based platform that is capable of integrating multiple means of corporate communication.   Video calls should be as easy as a phone call.   Voice calls, voicemail, instant messaging, web based collaboration, and presence information should be available from a single, simple interface, whether you are on a Mac, PC, or mobile device.   You should be able to integrate your voicemail and email, even if your company doesn't choose to use Microsoft.   ...it is all possible TODAY!
